Oil Diffusion Pump with Bypass / 오일 디퓨젼 펌프
  주요특징
 
■ Chemglass Vacuum Manifold AF-0450에서 AF-0451과 같이 사용
- 단, Right Handed Oil Diffusion Pump는 Left Handed Manifold와 같이 사용되어야 함
■ 1차 펌프는 1×10-3Torr 와 8L/sec의 펌프유량을 가져야 함
■ 오일 가열을 위해 Mantle은 별도 구매 (100 ml R-B Flask용)
■ Supplied complete with a bypass which isolates the oil diffusion pump from the mechanical pump while it rough pumps the system
■ Operation : In the Bypass Mode
- Valves A and B are closed isolating the diffusion pump from the system while valve C is open.
- Once the system has reached 1×10-5Torr, valve C is closed and A and B are opened, restoring the diffusion pump to the pumping circuit
- Pump oil listed is Dow Corning #704.
